Cassian was incredibly helpful and understanding to an urgent, last minute family emergency which meant we couldn't attend a show that evening. We had taken out ticket protection but our family emergency was last minute and on the afternoon which wasn't covered. Having explained the situation to Cassian, and that we were unable to attend the show, we were issued with a voucher meaning we could rebook the show all of which took no time. Cassian provided exceptional customer service and a credit to Today's Tix!
