Do not buy from this site; I purchased the Qvero 35 robot from the Roborock UK website 8 months ago. Since the day I bought it, there have been software errors, but they told me it was an internet issue and kept me waiting, causing me to lose my 1-month return period. It's been 8 months since I bought it and my robot has completely broken down; it's performing crazy actions and you can only reach customer service via email.
