Great company
I’ve ordered the same rope before and was pleased again with the quality. The Customer Service department told me when I ordered that the rope was out of stock, but would be available in a few weeks, and asked if I would be okay waiting. I especially appreciated their professional and concern for my order because it was very small. Another company probably wouldn’t have given it the same level of care.
