Customer service is non-existent. Overpriced and too big to provide meaningful service.
1. Wait times on text and phone should be embarrassing for this company. I waited hours. Customer service is so far from any priority. 2. Communication on permitting was a mess. 3. Communication about placement of my POD at my final location was illogical and resulted in WEEKS of reschedules due to the driver deciding it to knowingly place it BEHIND parked cars. They were given a viable option to park elsewhere and didn't. PODS then rescheduled pickup multiple (read more than four) times prior and during the day (for multiple days since they left the POD inaccessible), leaving no ability to communicate accurately and timely with people parked in front of where the driver placed the POD. This company was the WORST experience of my cross country move and I will not be recommending them to anyone.
