I’ve been a loyal customer of Wherelight for 4 years now. I don’t know what happened to the quality services but this will be my last time buying glasses from this company. I purchased purchase 4 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses after getting my annual eye exam. I uploaded my new prescription and ordered the glasses. I took a screen shot of the upload. When I ordered my glasses, the correct prescription was confirmed. I was notified that my glasses were shipped and noticed the prescription was wrong. I contacted Wherelight and they denied the error was their mistake. Then, I uploaded the screen shot and they offered me a several worthless credits. Finally, they offered to remake the glasses if I pay for the shipping. I paid for advanced shipping. After multiple days of no response, I was told that two of the 4 frames were no longer available. I selected two new frames. Then I received a email telling me that they are on holiday and will respond in 3-4 days twice. I never received the original glasses. I’ve sent multiple messages and no response.
