Home Equity Loan
I was looking to apply for a home equity loan. I was contacted by Agent Ritchie Lamport. He started out keeping me informed about the process. More documentation was needed, which I provided. The communication became almost null. I had to email him constantly to see what was going on. He told me that income was short and he would try to do what he can to help. He left me an email that the loan the payments would be higher than he first quoted. I emailed back to tell him that we would find other options. He has yet to contact me. Some people may have had good experience; I am sorry to say I was not one of them
