I've never even received the product
I've never even received the product. On July 4 I started an order, then didn't complete it when I realized I would be signing up for recurring monthly deliveries. When they emailed me asking why I didn't complete the order I told them that. They responded, saying they would be happy to put in a one-time order for me to complete. I responded and agreed. It is now July 23, we have had a long string of emails, and every time I ask them where the one-time order is, they say Oh, I will do that right away, or in 30 minutes, etc. No one-time order has ever been set up. Reading these reviews, I realize the company is in China, so I'm done.
