I have personally been incredibly grateful for Carosell during my time in Hong Kong. Compared to Facebook Marketplace, Offerup (which is garbage), and Neighbor, the interface is so clean, barely any advertisements, and straight to the point with reliable reviews. I have always bought/sold in-person so can't speak for the shipping stuff that everyone else is complaining about.
