PRODUCT RETURNED, REFUND NEVER ISSUED
I bought into the Vshred program, including the BURN Evolve supplements. I purchased 12 bottles, but midway through the first bottle, I experienced extreme bloating, which dissipated upon discontinuation of the supplement. So still being within the "return/refund" time period, customer support sent me a prepaid return label to mail back the 11 unused bottles for a full refund of the product. The bottles were immediately mailed back, and tracking indicates they were received three weeks ago, yet I have not heard anything from the Vshred company, nor have I received my refund. I have emailed them 3 times about the refund, but still no response from them. They seem to be ignoring the issue. What they don't know is that I was a career employee in the federal judiciary, and I have very close ties with the Attorney General's Office, US District Attorneys' Offices, and other federal agencies. If I don't hear from them in the next few days, they will certainly be hearing from me, the hard way. I will have them investigated for fraudulent business practices.
