Access removal
Have always found their products useful, but this morning got emailed to say access would be revoked to my previous purchases because i wasn’t ‘active’ on their site. I dont ever intend to be active on your site unless im specifically buying a product for a use case. No option to reply to Colin from his email - so i’m reviewing the experience here as they’re also removed how to share feedback with a human it seems.
