Started out great
I selected GeniusRx based on reviews and their terrific price quote for a particularly expensive prescription I was given by my doctor. The first fill of the prescription came promptly and the effects of the medication were above even what my doctor explained I might experience. The second fill of my prescription came and things changed. The pills that came were clearly a different supplier (different shape, slight color change, etc.). Also I noticed the bottle had changed from a very high quality tamper proof bottle, to a very cheap old style bottle. I didn't think much about these changes, thinking it was just a change of supplier. Unfortunately, the results of the second fill were poor. All the great benefits of the meds I got in my first fill were gone. I send an email to the pharmacy staff and asked if it would be possible to get the supplier that I got with my first prescription fill as it worked great, the second did not. I got a call from a pharmacist the next day and she was very polite but said they had to use the lowest cost suppliers to keep costs down. I told her I understood the desire to keep costs down, but if the drug didn't work for me, it was not good economy on my part to continue. I have decided I will return to my local Walgreens and pay the higher price to assure I get the results I got in my first fill with GeniusRx. The pharmacist was very polite and responsive, unfortunately couldn't help with the lower quality meds.
