Poor Quality
Update: After posting my review I got an immediate email from creative playthings. They did send someone out to inspect the set and fix some issues. He did not have all of the pieces to fix everything I had noted, and he found other issues. This was on 6/8, it’s 7/2 and I’m still waiting for someone to come back and complete the job. If I could give negative stars at this point I would. Original Review: I purchased my set in Feb with delivery in April. The Friday before delivery I was contacted to be informed the rock wall would need to come later. When the folks came to set it up I was informed there were rock walls at the warehouse. I also have found several places where the wood is extremely cracked, chipped or not all the way screwed in. I’m now regretting my decision to spend this kind of money with creative playthings. For what we paid this swing set should be perfect. These cracks and chips are not the nature of wood, these were the result of damage and the pieces should have been replaced.
