I also never recieved my package. It's over a month, and I ordered expedited shipping for a pillow. A representative responded, and got snappy with me, after I waited reasonably and expressed myself respectfully. Can't believe I wasted my money on what clearly appears to be a scam. Can they not be stopped? I don't want to believe it, but my package has been sitting on the other side of the country for over two weeks, waiting for "approval".
