Above and beyond service & assistance
Today, I spoke with Kari P. She assisted me with several unexpected / higher than expected charges which had our Accounting department very concerned. Kari was incredibly pleasant and professional, walking me through where I could see the difference in plan pricing and explaining what had occurred. She was kind enough to assist me with a partial refund / partial credit, which will help allay the accountant's concerns. She is a credit to the department, and I was grateful for her help.
