Hix.ai: Non-Existent Support & Awful Service
I paid £25 for a monthly unlimited credits plan with Hix.ai, but the experience has been nothing short of abysmal. Within just a few days of using the service, I encountered significant issues. Despite Hix.ai charging my card, I'm now greeted with an error message every time I attempt to use the service: 'There is an issue with your credit usage. Please contact us at support AT hix.ai to fix it and restore your usage.' The customer support is utterly non-existent. I've sent multiple emails to their support team, desperately seeking assistance, but my pleas have fallen on deaf ears. Not a single response has been received, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Given this appalling level of service and the complete lack of customer support, I strongly advise against using Hix.ai. The company's practices are unethical, and their disregard for paying customers is shocking. Save yourself the headache and financial loss by avoiding this unreliable and unresponsive service at all costs.
