I wish I could give snapfish a zero rating. When I created my cards online, the color of the card was different than the color of the cards I actually received. It was a darker red and as a result, the text on the back of my card was very difficult to read. It has been days since I reported the issue to snapfish. They’re slow rolling their response to me because they obviously don’t want to help me with my problem. There’s no way to actually talk to a person and you can only deal with them via chat or email and the response times are very slow. I highly recommend you look at Shutterfly for any photo cards. Snapfish is an awful company with an incredibly poor service department.
