I just received my order
I just received my order. Thank you for delivering so fast. However the quality of the filters is poor. I attached a photo of what I received. Pleats are poorly installed the cardboard is bent and misformed. There is no indication for air flow direction. I stopped ordering from you about a year ago because of these issues I thought you would have worked out these problems out by now, I see you have not
