MacX Video Converter Pro
Have used MacX Video Converter Pro for several years now and had occasion to reach out for support a few days ago. Adam was prompt and (although I thought I'd provided sufficient detail) asked for screenshots (why? when I had given a detailed explanation). I provided them, again getting a prompt response with Adam suggesting changes with YouTube's encryption had been the cause. Resolved quickly and successfully, Rob.
