Local DFW company that will provide you with great Security Service.
I was with ADT for many years and, fortunately, never had an emergency or a need to call. However, it always bothered me that they were not a local company and their security services were in an entirely different state. It was especially frustrating that they required that the customer sign a contract and each year when the contract renewed, the rate automatically increased so I happened to see an ad for Smith Thompson and decided to call. I was quite pleased with rate I was quoted and, since there was no contract to sign and I could cancel at any time, I decided to give them a try. The technician who came out was able to use my existing equipment and had to make only a couple of minor changes. He even took the time to answer some questions I had never understood about the keypad. The couple of times I have called, I was treated respectfully and full attention was given to my concern. I love that Smith Thompson is a local DFW company and I might add that their rates have not increased since day one. I would highly recommend Smith Thompson to any individual or company looking for great security service!
