It took a month to get the books!
I ordered the books on Dec 5th, with 5-14 day delivery. They finally arrived a month later on Jan 5. Their response - Dec 11, 2025, 07:43 EST We apologize for the delay. Your order will be shipped by this coming Saturday. When I emailed back to say I wanted to cancel it because of the delay in shipping, I got the following response: We are working on adding expedited shipping as an option, but are currently unable to do so. Our typical delivery timeline for delivery is approximately 4-14 business days via USPS Media Mail. But here's the thing - they are a big enough company to use zendesk software which isn't cheap. I needed the books for students in a class I teach so they had to wait over 2 weeks for the books. And to add insult to injury, I never did receive notification of delivery.
