So bad
Ordered a few items. Among these were a pair of underwear and matching bra. When I received my package, the bra was missing. I reached out to customer service as I had not been informed previously of a partial shipment or anything like that, so I was expecting it to still arrive. Got a response after like two business day and wouldn't you know it - now the bra is out of stock! Why did I have to reach out to you to get told this? Were you even going to tell me?! I'm sending everything back and taking my business elsewhere. This was my first experience shopping with you, needless to say I won't be back.
