Order never arrived and there is no way to reach customer service.
I ordered 3 times. 2 of the orders came out fine and I loved the quality and fit of the clothes even though they are a bit pricey. They are really unique and you get lovely free gifts over a certain amount. The third time however, one item was sent but the other in a separate package never arrived. The tracking information makes no sense and customer service is impossible to contact and completely unresponsive. Now Im out of pocket $200 as the item never arrived and no refund has been issued.
