Quality Issues, Resolved
I bought 8 boxer briefs . But all 8 developed the exact same issue — seams coming undone from the first or second wash, getting progressively worse. Customer support initially declined any refund or replacement, which was disappointing given the nature of the problem. Update: After posting this review, SKIMS reached out and issued a full refund. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the issue in a fair way. However, I believe situations like this should be handled at the initial support stage.
