Grease the immersive movie musical Very disappointed as they cancelled the show 2 1/2 before it was due to start no explanation terrible service had to wait over an hour on the chat online only to be told I could book another date when looking at other dates they are more expensive was told we don’t do a price match terrible as it was not out fault you cancelled the show. Also no consideration as to all the other expenses which was occurred. No customer service could not even raise a complaint told this is the complaint line (the chat online)
