DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.! Don't know how they got even moderate reviews. Ordered what they advertised as an elegant wool coat with turn down collar and received a polyester rag with hood. And they won't refund. Chichic suggests in their response that I can contact company for refund - all they offer is 20% refund IF you send back to China. By the time you do that 20% refund is gone.
