Very disappointed
Very disappointed – still waiting for my refund I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hermosa Hair. I purchased hair from them in August for £330. Unfortunately, the delivery was late and the hair did not arrive in time for the event I had purchased it for. I contacted Hermosa Hair and requested a refund. They agreed and asked me to return the hair, assuring me that once it was received, my refund would be processed within three days. I returned the hair and provided the tracking information. Communication was good up until they confirmed that they had received the return. They again told me that my refund would be with me within three days. Since then, communication has completely stopped. I have sent messages and emails trying to follow up, but I have received no response whatsoever. This was £330, which is a significant amount of money. Hermosa Hair has both the returned hair and my money, despite agreeing to refund me. I am very disappointed and simply want Hermosa Hair to contact me and issue the refund they promised.
