Delivery times are ludicrous
OK I'll cut them some slack due to the Covid19 pandemic but this is getting ridiculous. In February this year I ordered three onesies for godchildrens birthdays in March and one for my daughters birthday in August. The expected shipping date was 12-17 days which was fine should arrive at around the godchildrens birthday. Firstly they didn't have the item in stock and took until April 12th to create. They then put it into the post system and 50 days later I get a message saying that it is awaiting international departure - so hasn't even left China yet. I have messaged them and received a reply (looking at the reviews suggest this isn't a guarantee) suggesting that if it is lost due to their fault (not postal service) for over 60 days than they will bear all damages what ever that means. In short stay well away from this supplier if your want your item within their suggested time frames. If you want your item next year than use them, although I am yet to see the quality.
