Orders done mid July, goods recieved mid October with 45 mails between to insist and have news...

I bought 2 helmets and never received…
I bought 2 helmets and never received my products after 1 month... but my money is gone. They said my adress was wrong and it's why it has not been delivered . My adress is even validated on google. They said that they wait that the products will be back to China to send me again my products to France ...it makes no sens and it's just to save time and keep my money.
