My item was delivered at the end of the 10 days timeframe which they said it would be delivered. At the 8th day, I inquired about the exact delivery date. Liang was curteous and said it should be delivered very soon. It came the next day. The product quality is excellent. I am very pleased.

3 to 5 working day fast delivery paid for. Delivered 22 working days later.. unacceptable. They take no responsibility for the fradulent delivery claims. Won't even engage in dialogue for ridiculous freight charges to be refunded after total failure to provide a service. Actually gave excuses as to why they cant. .thieves. dont buy from. Them. .

Product not as described, refused to cover return — avoid this site
I ordered a bike light from Lightmalls.com that was advertised with a flexible, adjustable mount. What I received was a completely different product with a bulky hard plastic clamp that doesn’t match the listing or suit my needs. I contacted the seller, and they admitted the product shown on their website is no longer produced. Still, they refused to send a prepaid return label or take responsibility. Instead, they told me to return the item to China at my own cost — which is €50 to €70, more than double what I paid. This feels like a deliberate tactic: advertise one thing, send another, and count on the fact that most people won’t spend that much to return it. I escalated to PayPal, who agreed the item was not as described, but I still have to pay for return shipping. Very dishonest and unprofessional — avoid this company.

Disappointed with Battery Performance
I recently purchased 20 18650 batteries from this website, and unfortunately, none of them met the specifications claimed in the product description. The batteries were advertised as having a capacity of 4000mAh, but after charging each one from empty, they barely reached 2000mAh. Additionally, the internal resistance of each battery is over 80 mΩ which is significantly higher than expected and indicates poor performance. I’m quite disappointed with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend these batteries to anyone looking for reliable, high-capacity power sources. I hope the seller will address these quality issues promptly.

Hello, We are sorry that our product did not satisfy you. Regarding the battery parameters, this is the factory setting. There may be a slight difference from the actual value, but it will not affect the use.
Complete scam
Complete scam! They disguise themselves as trustworthy western shop but in the ends it's the dodgiest china shop you can imagine. You pay 30$ to have things delivered within 15 days to Canada and I am now waiting for 3 months. The tracking says they don't know where the item is and it is lost but they won't refund me since it "will still be delivered once it is found". Dodgy scammers!

Despite the negative comments I have read, I purchased two nitecore HC60 V2 headlamps that arrived regularly on time (I chose expedited shipping for a fee). The lamps are perfect in their original packaging and work excellently.

Do not buy! Terrible after market assistance. My nitecore head lamp broke and they didn't offer a replacment. Find a UK seller and buy from them.
