This company sucks! After waiting 5 days asked when product would ship. Got an email with a number that can’t be tracked. Here it is 5/22/20 - still no product!

Xtar D06 1600 torche
Hi , I bought 6 Xtar D06 1600 diving torches less than 15 months ago and unfortunately 2 of them are not waterproof.we use them Less then 40 meters and the warranty should be 100 meters ,the water is coming true between switch and gasket. I sent several messages to the company About it and refund due the warranty but no one replied to me . I’m very disappointed about this brand, very bad product I’m not baying any more from them.

Communication from this company was good but we ordered stuff on a 3-5 day express service, they sent originally by Hermes, after several times chasing Hermes (not being able to speak to a real person) I chased Lightmalls who advised I shouldn’t complain to Hermes until after I received my goods ... chance of actually getting the goods would have been a good start ... Hermes returned the goods to senders saying they hadn’t provided the correct address. Lightmalls sent out a replacement via Royal Mail and finally after about 5 weeks they arrived ... so if you are in a rush for goods don’t use this company
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company are terrible, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They sent me 3 batteries for my drone, all of which did not work properly. I have returned the items to the address they provided, but have not heard anything from them, despite emailing them several times with proof that I have returned the items, but still no refund. They are an absolute con. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I saw an add for a Fenix UC35 flashlight I’ve had my eye on for a while. When I saw it there for about $40 cheaper than anywhere else of course I was skeptical. I read a bunch of reviews some good and some terrible and of course I was concerned that this place on the other side of the world was simply a scam. I’m Canadian, so before I ordered I contacted them. I voiced my concerns about the bad reviews I had read about and asked them point blank if they were legit. To my surprise they responded quickly and after a few exchanges back and forth where I thought my questions had been answered sufficiently I decided to order. The package took about 2 and a half weeks to get here after I was told it would take 10 days. I again contacted them prior to my order arriving and was told that it was delayed because of the Lunar New Year holiday that pretty much shuts everything down. The point I’m making is that it is legit and if you don’t mind waiting a bit it was well worth the risk. My order arrived in perfect condition as advertised. I would order from them again and I’m guessing so will some of my colleagues.

Paid premium price and shipping in USD and never got my package. Some dodgy chinese courier website shows as my package was delivered. Will never buy again.

Dishonest, shonky buy anything from them & kiss your money goodbye ,have reported them to companies house & the tax office . Try & get a refund from them when they send you faulty useless goods & if that does not work try & serve legal papers on them , no chance do not have a uk address to do so even though they are required by law by companies house
lightmalls - don't do it!!!
bought a trustfire ak47 torch from them. Big mistake, not original trustfire, led driver board held in place with masking tape, two blobs of solder put on board to make some kind of contact to make torch work. leds supposed to be driven at 8.5amps by driver, wiring so thin that 2amps would be pushing things to the limit. marks on glass which I managed to polish out, o ring seals fell apart when unscrewing torch to put batteries in, due to no lubricant on them. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this hopeless firm.
Never again
Sent payment for a Klarus flashlight on March 24th, did not receive the light until May the 5th. Seller used a poorly handwritten shipping label, then placed stickers on top of it, item somehow ended up in New York, I live in Texas. After that I asked seller for a refund, he refused and sent me another light, I opened a paypal claim, and I am still in the middle of dealing with this horrible transaction. Lightmalls is a mom and pop store and I imagine they most likely have 1-3 employees. Never again.
