Must Read before buying!!!!!

Must Read before buying! “Train wreck”. That is the only phase I can use to describe the experience. I purchased a TM9K flashlight December 11 with a listed delivery of 7-15 days....product arrived on Jan 6th. Once the package was opened, the directions indicate to charge the device before using and the charging cable was an optional accessory. NEVER AGAIN! Adding to this review a week later. I have now been attempting to return the product for over a week. They have attempted to reimburse $8.00 US for a product that I paid $130. They refuse to pay for return shipping and will not confirm that a full refund will ever be issued. They have also specified that I devalue the product to less than $20.00 US for customs. DO NOT EVER buy from LIGHTMALLS company. Horrible!!!

Very Good product

Lightmalls provided just what they advertised. True cree t6 501b 1-mode flashlights that work perfectly. Shipping was as expected taking only a week or two to get from China to the US and tracking was spot on all the way to my door. Great prices and very good product, highly recommend!

Fake Chinese Copies

This company is in China and sells FAKE products. I bought a Led Lenser Torch. It arrived, but without any information on how to register the product. I emailed the company, and they said you have to log-on to the Chinese Led-Lenser website to Register. I asked for the web address, and they said it's only for Chinese Residence, not for international buyers. So that in itself is fraudulent. The Torch itself looked normal, but the materials are poor. The metal is rough and not polished. The focusing ring was hard to twist, as if its tracks have rusted. The lid/screw tracks were rough and hard to take off and put back on. And the light itself - no where near as bright as a Genuine LED Lenser. Don't get fooled by their cheap price. They're all fake!

Ordered and paid for product

Ordered and paid for product. Received email stating a tracking number had been issued. After two weeks the item had still not shipped. Emailed them several times and received no response. Filed a resolution with Pay Pal. What a joke. Pay Pal says try to work out an amicable solution with the seller. What a joke. You can't work out a resolution with someone in China. Give me a blooming break. Don't order from these yahoos and don't pay using pay pal if you are buying something from China.

-10!!! This company is a joke. Bought a flashlight, batteries and charger over a year ago. Within 2 months, with little use, flashlight wouldn't work. Contacted lightmalls. They told me I ordered the wrong batteries, but to enable use of these batteries, they advised me to pop the cap off and snip it off! I tried it and burnt my fricken finger!! Shipped all the crap back to them demanding a refund. They refused and sent the flashlight back and 2 new batteries, which were the same ones I had originally ordered....and no charger was sent. I have literally sent 70 emails back and forth and these ass*&$les still haven't sent me a charger, nor refunded me for it. It's been 14 months since my original order. After I placed the order, didn't realize it was a Chinese company. Tried to cancel it the next day --- refused. What a joke!!!

Counterfeit Dangerous Goods

Sold me a Fake Counterfeit Nitecore charger. Nitecore said it was a false validation code and it failed the magnet test they asked me to do to establish inferior magnetic components, Ive opened a grievance with Paypal and will be making a video for youtube titled'Do not buy from lightmalls' which other people have started uploading after their experience but my advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS as they sell dangerous products that can set on fire. Lightmalls will no doubt give a reply to this comment with a standard'' we do not sell fake goods comment'' THEY are LIARS

Totally unacceptable customer service

Totally unacceptable customer service - evasive communication at best, dubious tracking details supplied, over 30 days since ordered placed with ‘priority’ 7-15 day delivery paid for. No apologies, no explanation, just silence. Same goes for their PayPal listed contact LeGou E-Commerce via their happybuy email address...oh the irony!! Avoid at all costs. I won’t give in trying to get some sort of resolution, I think they rely on ‘customers’ doing just that.

I wish I could give it a -10. Bought a flashlight, charger and batteries. Flashlight failed. Sent everything back. Refused to refund so instead sent me the same flashlight back and batteries, but no charger. Now they have ghosted me and will not respond to emails. Literally sent over 50 emails back and forth disputing this crap, and now nothing about the charger. Garbage chinese company. PayPal should drop them too.
