Breached consumer rights
Breached consumer rights, please report them to trading standards. Too many 3rd world companies allowed to do business in the UK without knowing consumer rights of the country. They tried to initially not refund, them ask me to pay for postage than didn't refund the full amount.... do not buy under any circs
