Wedding dress
My item came quickly and I did pay for expedited shipping. However when I inquired about tracking info I got excuses and there was great lack of communication. What I am rating poorly is the item itself. I bought a dress based off a beautiful picture. The dress I got was not even remotely close to the one advertised except for color. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this transaction.
