Our charger 1 stopped worker contacted Bluetti and within 1 week an upgrade replacement charger 2 was sent, for a nominal charge, which I was more than happy about. After a few teething problems and with Bluetti support the charger 2 is a game changer. We use a Bluetti AC200 max is our power supply for our van which has been spot on. The only issue for me is I would prefer it to be a bit lighter. Would recommend Bluetti.
