Mediocre At Best
The cleaning has always been mediocre at best. There have been a few cleaners who knew what they were doing but they either resigned or were promoted. A different cleaner shows up almost every time. None have been able to properly clean the ceramic tile. When I first spoke to Maid Pro about cleaning I specifically mentioned the ceramic tile. I was assured they had the brushes to do the cleaning properly. The brushes might work if the brushes were used. Dusting is poor. TV on a table is dusted in the front but not the back. Mirrors are smeared. Marble vanity tops are dusted not cleaned. They don't polish good wood furniture only wet wipe. Maid Pro said they are not a good fit for us. I guess they don't want to get it right. We have tried for almost 2 years. I give up too.
