It is hard to find items, suppliers not professional
It is hard to find items. The search function is primitive and does not allow for exclusions of certain key words. Suppliers generally do not reply for a few days, and the replies are often nonsense. Many replies are "thank you for contacting. In a few days I will be able to get you a quotation." What kind of company does not know its price and is not able to provide an immediate price quote? Many Alibaba suppliers remind me of children playing at being in business. No professionalism, no attention to detail, overall just a mess. I have switched sourcing many items to Japan rather than have to deal with Alibaba suppliers; costs a bit more but a LOT easier to deal with.
