Misleading Policies and Extremely Poor Customer Service
Poor customer service and an unreasonable return/refund policy. Product information was unclear, and instead of resolving the issue, they kept insisting they were right and refused a proper refund. The return and refund policy feels outdated and unreasonable by U.S. standards. This kind of strict “no return, no refund” approach may be common in some Asian markets, but it is not acceptable or consumer-friendly in the U.S., especially for personal care products where clear disclosure is important. As someone familiar with both markets, this felt like a policy that does not consider U.S. consumer expectations at all. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you expect fair customer service or a reasonable return/refund process.
