THEY ARE DEFINITELY TRYING TO SELL YOUR DATA
I managed to get my compensation after lengthly conversation with them so i proceeded with my partners claim and 6 months later they tell us its approved but when we are trying to get the money we were being told to provide ALOT OF INFORMATION i provided his passport, his full name his bank account and NOW THEY WANT A BANK STATEMENT!!?? Honestly i think is a scam at this point im wasting more time so they requested this "The bank statement must contain the passenger's name, account number, and residential address. Account transactions can be covered up." and I therefore cropped out the document and only show the requested information then they proceed to saying oh we need the whole document not just the cropped out info???? THEY ARE DEFINITELY TRYING TO SELL YOUR DATA. I dont know how everyone here got their case sorted within3 months mine has been going on for 2 years and even after they tell us the compensation is approve, we still waited for another 3 months and it is still not sorted and they just ask for more and more information. Feel like a waste of time and scam, plus seems like most reviews here are FAKE
