Big crookery !!!
After some frustrating months battling on my own to get compensation, I went through the process of submitting a request through Compensair, though NOT going through with my application when I realized in the small prints, that the payment was 10% of the refund. All these months I heard nothing from them anyway, and no trace of the officialisation of my "commitment" to them, and after mails and tweets back and forth with my TRAVEL AGENT, THEY told me that Iberia had finally agreed to go on processing my reimbursement. End of April, I FINALLY get my refund, and suddenly 3 weeks later, Compensair shows up to ask me to pay my fee !!!! This is an enormous crookery !!!! Shame on them !!!
