Very disappointed
I am very disappointed with this company JJ's House. I returned the vale because I ordered finger tip; instead I received elbow. It cost me almost $45 for return postage. The vale cost $29.00. They received the vale. They told me they processed the refund. It's been over a month now; no refund. I sent them three emails to let them know I did not received the refund. They answered the first message and ignored the other two. This is a loosing situation for me. The return cost was more than the price of the vale; and I still did not get the refund. If a company cannot be honest to give a refund when they received the item back; I call that theft. I will never buy anything from this company again. They are dishonest people.
