Items didn’t turn up and then order was cancelled
Placed an order here in UK for 4 items. Paid express delivery. Nothing arrived in 9 days so I sent an email. Then out of the blue receive an automated/ AI email Saying the “because this is a global order we are unable to replace this item”….makes no sense. I’m then told My order has been cancelled and refunded. How pathetic. An on line clothes company who are unable to process an order. Plenty of alternatives out there so don’t bother with this lot. They are pathetic
