I have wrote a number of emails requesting a refund because I have yet to receive my order. I have tried multiple times to contact them and the address it shows is in Sheridan Wyoming but when you get a phone number, it is out of New York and disconnected…. I’m sad that the customer service has stunk. I was really looking forward to the product but now I just want a refund. It’s so hard these days to tell what is a scam online and what is not.
