Purchased seat covers 9/12/26, email with tracking info was bunk! took me to what appeared to a shipper of sort, said tracking info was invalid. Wanted me to enter info to create an account, NOT! emailed back and forth a few times and requested a refund. Was told 2 to 3 days it would be sent to Paypal. 6 days, NOTHING, signed into Paypal and found my transaction and it was set as a recuring payment. Canceled payments and filed a dispute. I hope PP can assist but blue isn't my color.

I fell for this too,I ordered 2 leggings and never received them. Tried calling customer service, left various emails. Never got a response 60.00 later still nothing. Just took my money. Don't fall for it if it sounds to go to be true it is. They should be ashamed taking advantage of customers like that. I believed i should of looked at the reviews first. I do that now before I purchase a product.
If I could give this less stars than one Star, I would have. Placed my order in June 2026 and it is mid October after multiple emails back-and-forth where originally the company insisted that the problem was with the shipping technology not being updated to notify where the item was to Reporting that the item was shipped an never was. Multiple emails, requesting a refund due to the lack of delivery have gone unanswered. this company is a China and I have no recourse.

I never received my order. They gave me a fake tracking number. I ordered 3 pair. They stole 77 dollars from me. They did not respond to any attempt to contact them. I ordered from them on June 24th 2026, it’s now September 8th and I have yet to receive my order.
If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered on June 22 using PayPal. Company tracking shows item delivered on July 7. Never received item, tried to contact company but they didn't respond except to say delivery complete. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the denied my claim stating company had completed the delivery. Info provided to PayPal had tracking info showing delivery made on 9/5 to address in Hawaii. This company lies and falsifies information, they are a scam and thieves. Never do business with Vitaliaina.

Not deserving of a 1! I ordered the buy 2 gwt 1 free leggings. Over a month ago! I paid through Cash App because normally they are good about refunding money. Huh!!! I got up to news I can’t get a refund because they are saying they were delivered!!!!!!!!!!! You want proof I did t get them? Send me proof you sent them !!!! 80 dollars I paid!! SCAM!!! Beware!!! If I could give this a negative number I would. I ordered leggings on May 25; delivery date was to be June 1. June 1 came and went and I did not get my leggings. June 20 I emailed them to locate my order. They did not respond. Again, I emailed on July 19 for my order. They did not respond. I went to Affirm to dispute the charge and Affirm closed out the account stating that Vitaliana provided proof of delivery. I never got the leggings; they got $80. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased 06/17/2026, their site originally forced me through Shoply to purchase, which I don’t like because they never help if products don’t come thru. Anyway, they originally had some foreign address coming from and then all the sudden a month and ½ later show that the order was delivered which never happened and they won’t confirm what address it was delivered to, the address I had on the system was correct. I think this is a sham company taking peoples money, I’ve been sending messages to support2vitaliaina.com and it never responsds. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY OR PRODUCTS….don’t buy from them. REPORT THEM TO : Federal Trade Commission
They claimed the two pair of leggings were shipped and delivered and they were not. The tracking number was fake from CHINA. Once I disputed the charge, they offered to reship. I declined.

I ordered 2 pairs of their legging's on 6/30/2026. They said they delivered them on 07/12/26 @ 17:30PM with tracking from China with their delivery company of XS Express and then USPS which had no legitimate tracking for US and it was on a Sunday at 5:30PM which is BS. United States postal service isn't open on Sundays!!! Vitaliaina doesn’t answer your emails @ support@vitaliaina or answer their phone (855)423-3729 which has an automated message which says it’s restricted or unavailable. Never answer! BEWARE….they are a SCAM or FRAUD. Never delivered!!! They show some sort of FAKE proof of tracking. We have ring cams and locked mailbox and it was NEVER DELIVERED!
i ordered June 2026 and as with all the other reviews My order says it was delivered but not to my home address. I guess someone else is enjoying wearing the items I ordered. I contacted the company and received one answer saying it wasn't lost but to give it more time. Then I contacted Paypal and they sided with the seller since the order and shipping info says it was "delivered" So buyer beware. So many of the same issues are happening over and over again. I wonder if the shipping address is the company selling the items and so they ship the item, it returns to them and they resell the item. I think I am kidding but not so sure, lol. live and learn. can't get any help from them. and one other thing i bought the shipping protection....what good is it????
