If there was a choice of ZERO stars, that’s the review score I’d leave. After two months of absolutely no updates on tracking and two emails sent to support, my order was miraculously marked as “delivered” and “complete”. After inquiring at the post office, they couldn’t track it because the tracking number is an international tracking number, not one for the USA. So again, I contacted the company at their customer support email because there isn’t a phone number.. Three weeks later still NOTHING! Contact the tracking company and was given an email address in China or Japan, which doesn’t accept out of country messages! So don’t waste your money! There’s NO WAY legitimate customers leave positive reviews! It was an expensive lesson, but I wouldn’t even allow my worst enemy to order from this asinine thieving worthless company!

I ordered the leggings on 06/01/2026. Still haven't received them. The sale was buy one get one free. I paid the full price of $56. The red flag didn't wave itself until after I made my purchase. I have reached out by way of email inquiring when I should expect the product and I have requested a refund. There has been no communication whatsoever on their part. And then I found out to late that the reviews are horrible! Every complaint I've listed are the same complaints others have made .
I will NEVER do this again without first researching before I buy. I also found out to late that this is a scam and that this company is supposedly in Italy. I'm outdone and I probably won't get my refund so I just have to accept the loss. And I'll also remind myself of how beautiful I really am without their phony leggings. 👎🏾😡😱🙄
Very upset I didn't get my order of the yoga lose 3x weight pants . Went through affirm to make payments paid off still no order. Fake no.s email not legit . Get text messages everyday leave messages no response . Called that no. From text not legit . I'm mad im out $60.00 and mad affirm won't get my money back til I've been in contact with vitaliaina. I ordered two pairs of leggings on 6/22/26 and after waiting longer than anticipated their weird tracking system says they were delivered but I haven't received them yet. If you click the button on their tracking system Track17 that says didn't get items, it just says sorry about that but we're just a global tracking system.
I Ordered 2 pair of compression yoga leggings in June and still nothing has arrived .Somehow (not sure how because the phone number is unavailable now) I spoke with a rep who said they had many orders but would be shipping soon. I tracked the order and it indicated that it was delivered to my address and left with an "individual." Nobody was home, and neither are my leggings. We live in a rural area with little traffic so I know they weren't stolen. I will be contacting credit card company for dispute!
If I could rate this company a ZERO STAR I would! Same as others have reported, this is a scam and I’m irritated by the influencers who are selling these items. The leggings I received were all (3) ordered in the same size, yet I could only get on one pair, that are too tight, but the other two seem to be 1-2 sizes too small! After multiple attempts to contact the support email for refund instructions, I got no follow up and had to file a formal dispute with Affirm. I’m hoping not to have to pay $80 for leggings I can’t wear.
This company is DEFINITELY as scam. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau once I resolve with Affirm. I’m at least glad that I used a payment plan or I would’ve completely been out of the $80 plus tax with no resolution.
Actually less than 1 star. I paid $80 for my purchase which I never received. Cannot get any response since several emails does not have a phone number to fall back on do not buy from this company. It is a scam.!!!
"Item marked as delivered but never arrived—No proof of delivery" I placed an order with Vitaliaina, and the system tracking now claims the package was delivered. However, it never arrived at my address. The company has provided absolutely zero proof of delivery or carrier confirmation to back up their claim. Customer service has provided no help, leaving me completely out of pocket for an item I never received. Avoid this site.

I reported them to the BBB and will fight them with my bank...Affirm never helped and took the side of the scammers even though they had NO tracking number that was legit, zero delivery, no pants delivered nothing! These pants are horribly made. The inner seam had a bunch of extra thread hanging off that came apart within 3 times wearing them. Then they ripped wide open. They are extremely poor quality. They refused to refund my money. Bad customer service and takes forever to respond. Not worth the money at all.
Ordered three pair of their leggings on June 22, 2026. Still have not gotten them!! No tracking number and when I go to the website, it is not in working order... I am extremely upset as I spent over $70.00 on them!

I wish I would've read the reviews before wasting $40 on two pairs of these leggings. I've been checking the site and tracking a couple times a week since I put my order in 5 weeks ago. Last night I checked it and it said it was delivered on July 14th and was handed to the customer. Wait, what?? I was home the entire day with my grandkids. No package was ever handed to me that day. Emailed, but no response yet. Ugh!! Don't waste your money. Be sure to check reviews on everything online before buying. Just don't know why I didn't this time. Maybe too deseparate for what it had to offer. Don't buy from them!!
I would rate this company as zero with a big SCAM in front!! I ordered on 6/15/2026, today is 7/26/2026 and have yet to receive the order or a response back from the company VITALIANA.
