I ordered 2 bras and 1 was the wrong size. Their website says 14 day return policy yet they ignore you and will not call or email back on the instructions for return. I checked my order and it says I did order the correct size - they just sent the wrong size - but made it impossible to exchange
Very disappointed with my order. The bras I received look significantly different from the ones shown in the website pictures. The design and overall appearance are not what I expected based on the product photos. I feel the pictures were misleading, and I would not recommend ordering from this website.

Can confirm with other reviewers. My daughter wanted one of their bras and I didn't look the company up first- ugh. They sent the wrong size, won't respond to any emails, and YES, they consider ever order a subscription so they just charged my card AGAIN one month later. And they won't respond to my emails. Do not order from this company! Garbage!
I don’t even want to give it 1star. They somehow started charging a subscription fee on my credit card without my permission. They sent me bras I didn’t order and won’t accept the return. They won’t answer my emails the phone number hangs up on me. This is a deceitful website
It should be 0 stars - order arrived - wrong items, incorrect sizing etc. No response to emails so money has been lost.
There is no way to give a zero rating so I’m forced to give it a rating of one. I ordered a specific size bra and the bra that arrived was probably too small to fit my 15 year-old niece. When I requested a refund and and returning the product at my expense, I was told that I would be only offered a $15 refund. I wish that I had looked at these reviews prior to making my purchase. Buyer beware! Buyer beware! If you just want to waste your money, this is the greatest place to waste it.

Very deceitful website. Items received are not what I ordered. Somehow they set up a subscription for me without my permission. Try returning something. Their order cancelling and refund policies are ridiculous. When trying to manage my order, suddenly the URL doesn’t work.
Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 of the exact same bra; same style, same color and same size. I received 2 different sizes and the bra itself does nothing for me as outlined in the description. I emailed the company and informed them I wished to return the items and questioned their website that mentioned a return application. I received a response that I need to send pictures, which I did, and no further response. DON’T BOTHER with this company or WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Less than one star! I have been waiting over THREE WEEKS for my order yet when I checked y account they withdrew the money THAT DAY. No customer service to contact I e write several plus emails to o avail. I feel scammed. I have it seen the product but it best be the ultimate or I do not want them.
Horrible!!! I placed an order for 3 items in size medium and they sent me XL and the wrong colors. They will not respond to my emails and the phone number is disconnected. It's too late for me but save yourselves!!! Absolutely horrible, they need to be removed from Shopify!
I made contact with this company twice informing them that their posture bra was nothing like the advertisement. Also, I sent pictures. They did not respond. I ordered from an advertisement on facebook. The product took an extreme long time to be delivered. It's probably been 2 months or longer and no reply.
I ordered 4 Jelly bras (1 White M, 2 Black M, 1 Skin M). Received the correct Skin M and one correct Black M, but instead of the second Black M I was sent a size L, and instead of the White M I received a completely different item, an 85C underwire strapless bra I never ordered. I’ve emailed customer service three times over several weeks (before and after delivery) and have not received a single response. I also filed a report through Shop, which forwarded my complaint to Bombonds directly, still no reply. I’ve ordered from Bombonds before and the product itself was fine, so this review is specifically about the total lack of customer service when an order goes wrong. If your order arrives correct, you’ll likely be happy with it but if anything is wrong, be aware there appears to be no way to get it resolved. I’m left wondering how can an order department get it so wrong and a customer service department not respond.
I have reached out to this company multiple times they sent me items that were not what they charged me for and they will not respond again... when they first did they ask for picture and receipt which I sent and now that I sent them they will not respond to me. This company sucks
I placed an order for one bra on June 4th. It is now August 22nd and I still have not received the product or a refund which I have requested. I have not received a replacement product either. All of the emails that I sent will responded to but always in an overly nice way, with absolutely no resolution and no information. I am definitely going to contest this with my bank and I'm not going to stop until I get a satisfactory resolution. The tracking information said it was delivered and it never was. The person I was speaking with via email said that it was still in route and that the tracking information was incorrect and just to keep waiting. When I requested a refund they told me that they were reaching out to logistics. And then I never heard anything else. I have since emailed them again and not got on a response. Stay far away from this company it's a rip off and garbage products from what I've heard. I wouldn't know though because I never received mine.
This company is a total fraud. Ordered my package June 19th it's August 18th, I have never received my paid for product. I've reached out several times no response. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
