SUBSCRIPTION TRAP!!!!!!!
I ordered two tank tops - and was shocked to see they have me on subscription! Their email stated I could change the subscription on the 15th of August, and provided a "manage membership" button which didn't work - I emailed them to cancel and they charged my cc for a second set of tank tops! I haven't even received the first ones yet! I didn't realise this all comes from CHINA - beware!!!!
Too many knickers keep arriving ced one order for small knickers
I placed one order for small knickers And one order for larger ones. None of them fit. I am a size 12 and ordered medium. They are way too small. And ended up in the bin. The larger ones are a bit better and ended up in the bin too. Now I find they are sending another set which I am certain I did not order. DO NOT SEND ANY MORE. THE BIN IS GETTING FULL JANET W

This is a fraudulent company. I saw an ad on Pinterest, and the website, along with the checkout, seemed legitimate. However, this is not a real company, it is based in China. Bombonds charges you a mandatory "shipping protection fee" but never actually sends the items (in my case the bras). As I was watching the alleged shipping tracking (through 17track), it said it was delivered at 9:38pm despite it being 6:54pm. I've reached out to the company several times, and have not received any response. It's been a month since purchase date (which they probably try to extend so that you cannot dispute with your credit card company) I've filed a complaint with Pinterest allowing scams to be advertised, and will also leave a review on BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

After about 2 months back and forth I requested a refund or I would report them to Visa. After two more tries, I did and got my money back from Visa in a few days. I did not read the reviews before ordering or I would have not ordered in the first place. A scam company. Do not buy from them..

Writing a follow up to my first review. These horrible people CHARGE YOU MONTHLY and keep sending products you don't want after the first purchase!. I just received more bras and was super confused, only to then find another $130 was taken from my account. I did not order these. Beware ladies :/ DO NOT BUY FROM ANY COMPANIES YOU SEE IN CRAP ADVERTISEMENTS.

Please do not buy from this company! It’s a rip off a scam. Never received my order! It took a month when they said it was delivered claims that it was delivered by USPS. Never happen!

Would give a zero rating if possible. They will sign you up for a monthly subscription automatically and it is impossible to have it canceled. Emailed customer service multiple times to let them know the link to manage a subscription does not work and asked them to cancel my unwanted subscription. Tried for a month and the site page never worked. Customer service was no help at all. They do not answer any questions you have. I had to dispute the repeated subscription charge with my credit card company so I dont get repeatedly charged. Then, their customer service ask me if I have a dispute against them. I am not answering their questions since they refuse to answer any of mine. Do not give them your money this is a scam company/brand from China.

This place is the worst
This place is the worst. I never applied for a subscription and told them not to make any more shipments and they did. I will never order from this place.. Their customer service is terrible.
BOMBONDS IS THE WORST
i will NEVER order from this company again. while the website is intriguing and the bras appear to be what i was looking for, the shipping and customer service are less than desirable. i've emailed several times for a FULL refund as i have never received the products that i ordered and i keep getting the runaround of calling my local post office who can't even look up my order because the shipper doesn't use USPS tracking numbers. This is the worst company EVER!

Please do not order anything from these foreign sites they will rob you . They need to be exposed and shut down they are playing with our American dollars . They give false carrier information and you will not get what you ordered or nothing at all . I'm going to expose them on social media and get it out there . It's a straight heist they need to be banned !

If I could give zero stars I would! Completely fraudulent company! I ordered 3 bras which took 1 month to arrive and was sent completely the wrong size. After many emails getting absolutely nowhere, I give up! Worst customer service in history, you should be ashamed of yourselves, what a waste of $140AUD!!!

0000 they are a big SCAM, they take for ever to send it to you and then a month later they do not work. The product is CRAP doesn't HOLD anything and the material is CHEAP. and I WANT A REFUND AND THEY DON'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO YOU, They offer me 20 dollars to keep their crappy products, I don't wanted it doesn't work. Took over a month
Took over a month, tracking was wonky and then I finally received the item in the completely wrong color. Customer service was ok they did email me but now dont want this color and dont want to wait another 30 days

Product was not the same as the image I ordered the front closer mesh bra for the fact it had the large mesh piece. The mesh piece was missing and the cross support was not there either, can supply photos if needed

Took forever to get two bras. Site kept saying “waiting for information” bras were tiny,I’m 42dd. I ordered according to their instructions. I could barely get it on and couldn’t get it over my breast’s DO NOT BUY
Not as advertised, do not bother.
I ordered the SUPPOSED posture correcting jelly bra.. the straps are thin, way too long, way too stretchy, and overall a crap material that does not give even a fraction of the tension support that the advertisements show. The material is soft and comfy but again, not like advertised. Don't waste your money, this was one of those 'too good to be true' moments. My other 2 pack of bras are okay but the bottom banding/underbust is sturdy to a point it digs in, or it will fold up and feels uncomfortable..
