I ordered control front underwear, 6 pairs for $56. It took 2 months to receive it. I ordered a size large which should have been the right size. I couldn't get it past my knees.
Customer Service offered me $10 and said I could keep the underwear that doesnt fit. Otherwise, I need to mail it back to China. It costs $149-$250 to mail the package to China. I'm trying to get my Visa to refund it. Bombond's policy is that you have the opportunity to cancel your order the first 2 weeks.
Don't order from this company. They have multiple complaints about their customer service and about inaccurate sizing.
And their argument is that I'm supposed to have canceled the underwear before it was ever mailed to me. Now, how was I suppose to know their sizes are mis-represented?
If there was ZERO star, that’s what they will get. I ordered on 4/4/26 for $84. The product arrived 5/20/26, incorrect item, TOTALLY different than what’s in their website. Brand UNIQUE tummy control adult size medium and large underwear ordered. Brand QUEEN received, see through very thin, no elasticity, false with the tummy control because it’s shorter, under the belly button, and extremely poor quality with threads hanging. It’s size is like for children. It won’t even fit my thigh which is skinny by the way. I sent few emails with pictures and requested return/refund, no response. I tried calling their customer service contact number today 5/27/26, guess what??? NOT in service!!!! Great scam!!!
If I could give it zero stars I would. What a joke this company has turned out to be. It took a month to receive the WRONG item and it’s a POS!!! There is no customer service, arrived in a package with no packing slip from a company that wasn’t even listed on the order. It’s all a major scam from you know where … China! I’ve seen numerous emails trying to get a response and it’s crickets. The phone number listed on the website is incorrect. Clearly this company doesn’t intend to issue any refunds. Buyer beware! When you see Bombonds advertised, delete the ad immediately. Bunch of scammers!!!
I cannot say enough bad things about this company. What I ordered and what I received are very different: Both underwear but that's the only similarity. It took SEVERAL emails for them to respond but I don't have high hopes of them following through. One number I called was busy and the other is "not in service". They don't even deserve one star.
Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 summer sleeveless mini dresses. They did not fit as expected so I attempted to return. There is little to no information on processing a return. I emailed the one email account provided multiple times with no response. I will never purchase from this company again.
Dishonest supplier not fulfilling order
Ordered several items on 17 February, items "despatched" on 27 February but delivery to carrier only on 30 March, relatively prompt delivery but only one of the five items ordered. No replies to numerous emails, Paypal claim initiated for partial refund of items not delivered and supplier responded to PayPal with proof of delivery (the one item but delivery confirmation did not show contents) so Paypal denied the claim.
Product delivered was not what I ordered. It took almost a month for the product to arrive. I ordered a medium and at 120 pounds 36 inch hips. I couldn’t get these panties past my thighs. Hardly any stretch to them I tried calling their number 630-733-1210 which was on the website however it said this number was no longer in service. Definitely a scam. Do not buy anything from this company. I’m out $50 a lesson learned I should also have checked on the company before I purchased.
I ordered a Bombonds strapless underwire balconette bra in skin in April. Today my delivery arrived. The shipping materials had zero reference to Bombonds, there was no packing slip, and the bra itself had no branding of any kind anywhere on it, including tags. The bra I received is a very cheaply made black strapless bra, it’s ill-fitting, and does not function at all like the bra in the ad. It’s quite literally the worst strapless bra I have ever tried on, and is altogether a wholly different bra than the Bombonds balconette bra that I ordered. Why would Bombonds send me a different bra that isn’t even Bombonds brand?
I ordered the panties 3 months ago. They were paid for, never received them. Can’t even track them with tracking number they gave me. They do not respond to any emails that I want a refund. Nothing!! Be warned, this is not a legal company!!
If I could give a zero, I would! I ordered one bra in two different colors. I got two completely different bras. I also used their sizing chart which told me the size that I had already been wearing so I felt fairly confident that this was the correct size for me. Neither bra fit nor was what I wanted or was expecting based on the expectations from the website. I sent several emails within the return window and have heard nothing back. I still have both bras and want to return them.
I ordered a bra in Feb , I never got it and can’t get them to respond , they told credit card company it was delivered, but god as my witness it was Not, don’t get scammed like I did
I bought two of the gel bras and they don't fit and I've been trying for a week and a half to get an address to return them. Or a phone number and haven't been successful with anything or anyone yet.. $53.98 shot to hell.. Don't order anything from Bombonds..
Worst experience. Took months to receive my order, the products were nothing like advertised (cheap fabric, weird sizing), took 5 emails for customer service to even respond, and then you have to pay international shipping in order to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I ordered something the end of March, it’s now May 14 and I still have not received it. I called their customer service number and it is no longer in service. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank.
Please do not waste your money in this so called high waisted tummy control! I just got mine and it's far from what they advertised. I want to return it but the telephone they have provided is not working. I emailed them but there's no answer.
