Dishonest supplier not fulfilling order Ordered several items on 17 February, items "despatched" on 27 February but delivery to carrier only on 30 March, relatively prompt delivery but only one of the five items ordered. No replies to numerous emails, Paypal claim initiated for partial refund of items not delivered and supplier responded to PayPal with proof of delivery (the one item but delivery confirmation did not show contents) so Paypal denied the claim.
