This company is a complete scam. I ordered some garments and it just kept saying items shipped but tracking was never updated until after many emails they finally updated the shipping which was 45 days after ordering and initial shipping. Got them and they were the wrong size. I looked up their refund and return policy and shipped the items back to the address indicated and as instructed. Just received notification that the address was insufficient and on top of that i get an email stating due to large number of orders they can't guarantee the package can be sent out and for me to wait to send my size so they can arrange a new shipment. I want my money back and I am trying to send their product back. This company is a total rip off and I'm out my money. Don't order from them.
No response to several emails. After several weeks of waiting, I received the worst bras ever! Cheaply made and worst of all, my breasts kept falling out of the bra. There was absolutely no support with the bras. Even tightening the straps didn’t help. I would have been better off purchasing a bra at Walmart, which I could have tried on and returned without a hassle. Total misrepresentation of this product. Beware, ladies!!
Scam. Scam. SCAM!!!! Please do not buy from these morons. They sent me not only the wrong size bras, but a COMPLETELY different kind of bra. NOTHING like the ones I ordered. What I received after WEEKS of waiting was the cheapest looking and awful bras I've ever seen! I payed over $60.00 for these goofy things and all they offer me to fix it is 20 bucks...IF I cover the shipping of sending the bras back. I hope these people get the karma they deserve for screwing customers over. I hope I'm a big part of that karma!
Poor sizing, expect you to pay shipping to China. This company does false advertisement, not American size. They rob your money with products that u can't use because not true to size! Scam company! False advertising to steal your money!!!!
I ordered three bras, two came as ordered and I actually like the fit and comfort, the third was the wrong size, style and color. I contacted the company multiple times about correcting their mistake, sending pics of what was ordered and what was received with no response. The shipment took many weeks to arrive and while waiting for them I had emailed to ask if they may have become lost. They quickly returned my message saying that shipping was taking longer than usual but no response re returning the wrong bra to receive the correct one. Disappointing

I totally agree to all the reviews here. They are all true. I tried cancelling my order on the same day but I didn’t hear anything from them. It took almost a month for my order to arrived just to be disappointed. The packaging was very unprofessional, it’s like rolled up plastic garbage, and I knew from that packaging that the items gonna be SO bad, which I was totally right!!! I read all the reviews AFTER I placed my order, it was a HUGE mistake on my part, that’s why I immediately emailed them to cancel my order. I should’ve read the reviews first but it was too late. It’s very frustrating until now am still dealing with them, that includes AFTERPAY by the way. I told them to make sure their merchants are legit. Until now it’s still ‘under review’ it’s been almost two months. From delayed delivery, phone numbers not working, tracking number not working either. When I emailed them that I demand a refund because that was not what am expecting. Fabric was super cheap, I guess $ store has better quality. These company has false/misleading advertisements, which by the way I already reported them to the Competition Bureau Canada and reported the company to Consumer Protection Ontario.

Absolutely worst products, extra large sizing is small size. Large black screen print lettering x2 across front of briefs, material very thin and poor quality. Bra was thin material, no support. Price point is scam level. Do not purchase from this company!
Extremely long waiting time, wrong item received, terrible quality, and nothing like what was shown in the advertisement.
The customer service is dishonest and unprofessional, constantly trying to negotiate an arrangement to avoid taking back the merchandise, even though their return policy clearly states that if the error is on the seller’s side, the item can be returned and the customer is entitled to a full refund.
In short, a complete scam.

They sent me a bra that is 5 sizes smaller than what I ordered. I had tried to cancel the same day I placed the order, and never heard back. I've tried to return, but no response. I found a different jelly bra on Amazon that was half the price, actually cute and well made.

DO NOT order from this company. Very disappointed with this purchase. The fabric ripped on the first day of wearing them, which is completely unacceptable for something that’s supposed to be worn regularly. I wasn’t doing anything unusual—just normal daily wear—and they still tore.
On top of that, the sizing is completely inconsistent. I ordered my usual size, but the fit varies and doesn’t feel reliable at all. It makes it hard to know what you’re actually going to get.
Between the poor durability and inconsistent sizing, this product feels cheaply made and not worth the money. I definitely would not recommend these and won’t be buying from this company again.

If I could have this company zero stars I would. I ordered 2 bras Feb 17th, I still have not yet received my products. I checked the tracking and it still says its in transit. I also called the contact number provided and it's to a non working number. Do not order from this company!
They indicated that my package was delivered. It was not. I went to the post office and found it showed delivering to an empty lot which per the Post Office is a trick. I sent multiple emails no response. They are fraudulent per the Post Office. Beware. I have put in a complaint to my credit card
