Extremely long waiting time, wrong item received, terrible quality, and nothing like what was shown in the advertisement. The customer service is dishonest and unprofessional, constantly trying to negotiate an arrangement to avoid taking back the merchandise, even though their return policy clearly states that if the error is on the seller’s side, the item can be returned and the customer is entitled to a full refund. In short, a complete scam.
